Following your interest in diving into the realm of healthy gardening for yourself and your community, I am pleased to offer you a three-part Garden seminar. This seminar is crafted to assist you in your exploration of gardening and cultivating food as a form of medicine.
Each part will feature a Q&A segment and a guided meditation session to help you connect with the plant world in a unique way. Drawing from my 46 years of experience, I will share insights on effective practices, incorporating Biodynamics and regenerative principles. Embracing the organic approach is essential as we move forward.
Feel free to ask questions, and I will provide guidance to the best of my knowledge. However, remember that making your own mistakes is crucial for gaining valuable experience, much like in life.
A new addition to this garden seminar is the guided meditation segment. I felt compelled to include this to enhance your connection with the natural world, including plants and their surroundings.
