What do I need?
A quiet space, internet and screen access, headphones. time for yourself.
Can I listen to the meditations later if I miss one?
No. The guidance is directed to you at that moment with the herbal support you have prepared yourself. Much work is done at night while you sleep and every journey builds on the previous one.
Can I purchase the Energetic Reset program and do it on my own?
No. The time and group dynamic is of the essence. Together we are stronger.
Do I need to purchase all the herbs in the written guide?
